Thomas Carr @ The Olive Room in Ilfracombe trained under Nathan Outlaw and in 2016 won his first Michelin star.

This Back Page MANOR Prize Draw is for a gastronomic weekend at the Michelin-starred Thomas Carr@The Olive Room in Ilfracombe, North Devon. The draw closes at midnight on 15th January 2018. The winner will be informed the following day via email.

The Prize is for a bed, breakfast and dinner weekend at The Olive Room for two.  Accommodation will be in the deluxe sea-view room. The weekend will comprise a welcome dinner a la carte for two accompanied by one bottle of house wine (further alcoholic beverages consumed will be charged); on the second night the winner and their companion will enjoy Thomas Carr’s seven course tasting menu with wine-pairing: one glass each of the allotted wine will be served per course (further alcoholic beverages consumed will be charged).  The prize should be booked by 31 March 2018 and dates offered are subject to availability.

The prize is not to be used in conjunction with any current offers or discounts.

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
